Step One [Analyze]:
We do a SWOT Analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) of the client’s product, company or services. Simultaneously, using advanced marketing tools, we perform thorough research and analysis of the client’s objectives, demographics, positioning and target market. We also analyze the competitive industry set within the context of the current brand image. Our objective is to determine brand requirements to maintain or improve value in the market.
Step Two [Strategy]:
Based on the client’s objectives and results of comprehensive research, Agamutz provides strategic recommendations and a unique marketing approach. We provide alternative approaches to execute the marketing plan. Showing costs and effectiveness helps our clients better understand the return on their investment.
Step Three [Design]:
When the strategic plan is authorized, our design team analyzes the current brand for visibility and recognition and determines if the brand connects with the market. If the brand is outdated, we create a complete brand image “make-over”. Our objective is to maintain the brand value, while updating the image as appropriate.
Step Four [Implement]:
Every element is introduced to internal and external application. Internal application involves the new brand image concept within the company and their personnel, through cultural implementation. We educate management and staff to adapt to the new change in the company’s brand image. External Application reaches the public through effective communication and influences image through print media, web, radio, etc. Agamutz provides short- and long-term media and advertising plans to support the branding program. After the new brand image roll-out, Agamutz performs follow-up market research to determine the effectiveness of the branding campaign and submits the results to the client.
